 A 2,600 SQUARE. Ft. STATE OF THE ART TRAINING CENTER located at 8043 San Miguel Cyn. Rd. Prunedale Ca.

Our business hours are Monday -Saturday. (Please check our schedule for class times) Martial Arts Institute offers classes for both Children and Adults. We teach the arts of; Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Women Self-defense,Cardio Kick Boxing,Traditional Kick Boxing,Pilates, Zumba and Boot Camp.  The goal of Martial Arts Institute is to build your Health and character along with establishing confidence, determination and self-discipline.
