Master Kano's developed judo, do to the increase of injury obtained in practice of haragei the practice of open hand combat. One of the main principles of Judo is the abdominal centralization and extension, as the main prerequisite for mental stability, control, and power. Suppleness or naturalness of movement is the result of correct inner centralization, is often referred to as occurring in the state of relaxation-a term still being debated.
