Returns & Claims
Claims should be made directly to the carrier when damage occurs during delivery.

Returned Merchandise
will not be returned without the authorization number.
This number must be on the outside of all packages.
Have your invoice ready when calling for authorization number.
Authorization number will be voided after 30 days.
Custom Orders will not be returned or exchanged unless it is defective.
M.A.I. will arrange UPS pickup on defective merchandise.

Books and Videos/DVDs   non-refundable may be exchanged for same title if damaged.

There is no minimum order.

Shipping and Handling
7% of order + with a $8.00 minimum shipping charge. For UPS c.o.d. charge of $10.00 per tagged box based on UPS current rate.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virginia Island and countries outside USA add 25% of order with minimum of $50.00.
Punching Bags Karate mats Stretching Machines and all oversized products call for details 831-443-0460.
Customer will be responsible for all freight cost on any undelivered or refused package + 20% merchandise re-stocking charge.  Package will be shipped at the customer request.

Payment terms
all orders are shipped C.O.D. by UPS all C.O.D.'s must be paid by money orders unless previously approved
Master Card or Visa also is accepted only in person or by phone,for now call for details. 831 443-0460

Pickup Orders
Should call in two hours before with an order.You are welcome to drop by and place your order however, due to the demand of our students you may have a extended waiting period.
